Abstract


Splenic tumors are uncommon entities. Lymphomas are the commonest splenic tumors. Vascular tumors are rarely seen in
the spleen. We report a case of sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation spleen that occurred in a patient with acute
severe viral hepatitis B infection probably due to reactive process and review the literature pertaining to this entity.
