Abstract

A conjuctival cyst is a thin walled sac or vesicle that contains fluid. This vesicle can develop either under or on surface of conjuctiva. It may be preceded by any history of trauma, inflammation or drug induced. We report a case of 40 years male presented with a lower eyelid mass lesion without any prior history of trauma, inflammation or drug use suggestive of retention cyst. Excision of the lesion was done with good cosmetic outcome
